I dont believe it. period.
I think it is 100 PERCENT operator error.
I had a stuck accelerator in my 1500 hd friday. After I poured the melted snow water out of my "husky" floormat, I was backing out of my driveway and the damn thing took off backwards. I mashed the brake, shut it down and found my mat was on the accelerator.
The world is full of people that cant do that and are looking for someone to blame.
This is a huge opportunity for class action and that is what is driving this.
Most of the plaintiffs seem to be women and old people.
I rest my case.
