(I know most of you think 50yards is an impossible shot on a deer but not with this bow) You can realistically have it setup to use one pin for 0-35 yards. I am looking to get a good portion of my money back but I want a win win situation! I dont want to be totally lost on this bow but I also want to get someone a good deal. If you are looking for the top of the line bow (fatest mathews out) that is ready to go and all setup then this bow is for you. And due to the 7" riser this bow is extremely forgiving and very accurate, making it good for both long time hunter and beginners.

And for those of you who are curious to why I am selling the bow it is simple!!! After buying the bow in October of 2009 my job moved me from Southern Illinois to Lees Summit,MO. I got to go home and hunt a couple weekends and that was it. Now I am permenantly reloacted to Lees Summit and have no where to hunt here. So instead of having a $2000 bow hanging on my wall I would rather get some ofthe money back and see it go to good use. You can gaurantee that if I was still able to hunt I would keep this bow…. Oh and as an addition, if the price I am looking for is offered I will throw in some free Scent Blocker/Scent Elimination gear. Has anyone seen or bought any of these yet? I got my new petersons hunting mag in and they had them in there. They look good but said the msrp was 90$ for a three pack. I think this is just crazy for broadheads when other more reasonably priced heads do the same thing, any thought on this?

Just browsing over the Kentucky Weather Center blog last night and this morning and saw were Chris Baily believes we haven’t seen the biggest of snow totals this year yet. Appears he is looking at another system for the end of this week that could give us the potential for another humdinger. Don’t know about you, but I love snow and getting out in the JEEPS and have a good old time.

Feds Raid Sesame Street

Today enforcement officers from the US Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) in a collaborative effort with the Homeland Security and the FBI raided Sesame Street with the objective of exercising an arrest warrant against Cookie Monster. “The warrant charges Mr. Monster with Child Endangerment” states an unidentified member of the Fed Task Force. “Mr. Monsters continuous promotion of cookies as a snack of preference amongst children has caused countless cases of child obesity. Obesity is a leading cause of health problems in American children with diabetes being the most common ailment” says the Federal Officer. It was evident that the government meant business. “They were pretty aggressive with their questioning” stated Mr. Big Bird a current Sesame Street resident. “They stated that if I knew anything about Cookie Monsters whereabouts and didn’t come forward with information, I’d be in big trouble! They weren’t very nice at all”. “They threatened to take my trash can via eminent domain!” stated Mr. Oscar Grouch. “What is going on in this country?” he continued. “I’m not sure I want to live in a country where people can’t live in a trash can if they want or eat a cookie now and then. I read once that Ben Franklin really enjoyed cookies. I don’t understand what all this is about”. At this time, Cookie Monster is still at large, but the Feds are not discouraged. “We’ll find him” says HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, “We will not allow a criminal like this, one that encourages such dangerous practices like cookie eating to continue to threaten our children. IOR 2.5×10x42MM or Trijicon 2.5×10x56MM Mounted on a RRAs flat top coyote 20" Using it for coyote hunting. Currently have a Elite 6500 2.5×16x50MM . I have other uses for that scope plus bump it and its POI changes. I want a scope that is tougher and better glass.

Does anyone have experience with the Arizona Archery Fastset Gel. I just fletched my first batch of arrows today. Picked up a Blitzenburger Dial O’ Fletch today at Cabelas, and ordered the shafts and vanes from HuntersFriend. I ended up cutting the first couple of vanes off because I wasn’t completely happy with the way I set up the jig. You basically have to eyeball the offset, there is not a degree marking on there except for a Center mark which varies depending on the shaft size as far as I can tell. My main concern though was the white discoloration that I ended up with on some of the vanes. The last ones I did weren’t as bad as the first since I started to get the hang of it towards the end. Does anyone know if this is normal for that particular glue. If so, which glues dry clear and do a neater job. I will say that despite the messy appearance, the vanes I ended up redoing were on there good after only a few minutes. I could not pull them off at all.
