Not long ago my father bought a new bow, and we had a small problem. So I decided to call Joe and see what he could tell me. With no hesitation, he said ‘let me call Matt at C.P and we will get this all worked out’. Not five minutes later Joe called me back and said ‘box up the bow, and we will have a new bow in the mail A.S.A.P’. Never in my life have I ever been so impressed with the customer service that I received.
it was truly AWESOME! it is easy to see that Joe and Oneida really care about their customers. Not to mention, I sent my BE to Joe in December to be rebuilt and it cost more than I had expected. When I called and asked if I could pay in February he said that that would not be a problem and almost sounded surprised when I thought he might be upset. When I received my bow in late February I was absolutely amazed at the work Joe had done for me(you can see the pics in my profile). Also my cousin Matt was interested in purchasing his first bow but was on a tight budget. I called Joe and he set me up with a totally rebuilt and custom fitted Oneida Strike Eagle for a very good price. Upon arrival, both Matt and I were amazed at the condition of the bow. After all it is a 1991 but you would never know that by looking at it (you can also see this bow in my pics). Hi All,

I’ll start by saying I am a rookie when it comes to bow hunting. I have only hunted two seasons with a bow, but I was successful in harvesting a three point mule deer my second year at 42 yards. However, I do have the archery bug and drew a local turkey tag this year and want to harvest a turkey with by bow, but I am unsure as to how to attempt this.

I guess my question is… can I use my Muzzy broadheads or shoud I use the guillotines as I have seen advertised??? I have also heard that a "pass through shot is not has good as leaving the arrow buried within the turkey? So should I back of the poundage of my bow??? Please offer any advise you might have to successfully harvest a turkey with a bow.

The Wildlife Management Unit WMU is 535 it takes in High Level, Fort Vermilion, and Lecrete. I am really looking hard at going hunting up there this November. I was in Alberta last Fall and fell in love with your country, although I didn’t take a shot at one of your deer. I was in Robb and didn’t see much activity whatsoever. I’m going with James A. Smith Outfitting. He just got the allocations last year and my guide would be Cole Patmore. Does anyone have any information (good or bad) that would help me. My heart can’t afford another hunt like the last.
